UTS needs an Admin Officer to ensure the company is compliant with local, state and federal employment laws.
The Administrative Officer position is required to provide structured administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. The role will enhance coordination, improve record management, and support service delivery by reducing administrative bottlenecks.
Admin Officer Competency Assessment
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years' relevant administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience in records management and document control
- Good understanding of office procedures and administrative systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
